The space

Property is a 4-minute drive to Four Points by Sheraton hotel, a 5-minute drive to Oriental hotel where has a very lovely outdoor pool and water side restaurant. It is also very close to ShopRite Mall for grocery shopping and also where you can find eateries like KFC, pharmacies, book stores, gadgets stores ,clothing stores and many other.

The apartment features 24 hours water and 24 hours power supply powered by Nepa, generator and inverter. It provides 20hrs of Gen backed up with an inverter (for the remaining 4hours). The inverter powers all TVs, all lights, all charging sockets, all standing fans, house internet and the masters bedroom AC.

SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED (SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED IN THE BALCONY) IF NOT A FEE WILL BE PAID TO COVER DEEP CLEANING COST.
